Please read the store policies carefully. All purchases may take up to 48 business hours before it is fulfilled for shipment. If inventory is short or unavailable after three business days of placing the order, you will receive notice informing of the backorder & will be given the option to wait, replace the goods with something else or get a refund. Please be aware that on the shipping page there is a text area for any special instructions you wish to convey. Please indicate if a specific in hands date is required. Even if you choose OVERNIGHT shipping, it is not guaranteed to go out the same day. You MUST indicate your urgent in hands date. If one exists, we will do our best to meet your requirement barring unforeseen "in transit" issues out of our control. Some deadlines will require a "rush" fee that will be associated with the order. A representative will contact customers for more details if the situation applies. Any credit card dispute for a valid charge will incur a $39.00 bank administration fee. Please do not dispute credit card purchases for an order you have placed without speaking with one of our representatives first. If you would like to make a change or cancel an order after you receive an order confirmation, please contact us by phone. For telephone and web orders, we only accept payment in the form of credit cards. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience (Visa, Mastercard, amex, Discover). At district meetings, we accept, cash, club checks and credit cards. Pricing: Online pricing might be cheaper than prices at shows, meetings, etc due to the decrease of labor required to process an online order. Shipping: We reserve the right to change the shipping company as long as it meets the same shipping requirements as chosen by the online customer Rush orders must be in by 12:00pm eastern standard time in order to go out the same day. Also, if order is urgent or a rush, this must be stated in the special instructions/required in hands date box found upon checkout. If these steps are not taken, then we will not be held responsible if this is not indicated in the order. Returns and Refunds: We will only accept returns on defective or incorrect merchandise. You have 7 days from receipt of the goods to make a claim and receive a full refund. Any claims made after 7 days will be evaluated on an individual basis, refunds are not guaranteed. Plaques cannot be returned, as they are made custom upon being ordered (with or without personalization) & they come directly from the plaque manufacturer, they are not kept in stock. All returns are subject to our discretion. Any returns on UNDAMAGED goods that WE deem allowable, will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.
